• Account data — name, email address and login credentials when you create an account or claim a business listing.
• Business listing data — business name, address, phone number, email, opening hours, photos, menus and event details you submit.
• Enquiry and lead data — the name, email, phone number and message you provide in our contact form, property enquiry forms and legal/mortgage enquiry forms.
• Content you submit — reviews, favourites and any other content you post.
• Usage and technical data — IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages viewed and basic error/telemetry logs.

• Providing the site and your account (account data, listing data) — performance of our contract with you.
• Publishing listings, reviews and events — performance of contract, or consent where you submit content voluntarily.
• Passing enquiries to the partner you selected (e.g. legal or mortgage enquiries) — consent, given when you submit the form.
• Customer support — performance of contract and our legitimate interest in helping users.
• Security, moderation and fraud prevention — our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and lawful.
• Service improvement and analytics — legitimate interests in improving the site.
• Marketing emails — consent, withdrawable at any time.
• Accounting and legal compliance — compliance with a legal obligation.

• Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles the sale of our business listing subscription, subscription management, payments, invoicing, tax compliance and related customer service. Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting and database providers, email delivery, and AI language/recipe assistants used to generate on-site content.
• Partners you choose to contact — where you submit an enquiry to a legal or mortgage partner, your enquiry details are sent to that partner so they can respond.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate technical safeguards.

We keep account and listing data for as long as your account or listing is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards. Enquiry and lead data is kept for up to 24 months. Records required for accounting or tax are kept for the period required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights email info@madharper.ltd; we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls on our database, and restricted administrative access to personal data.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language choice and store your favourites. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used.
