Mar Menor Life is operated by M.H.C. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the €10.00 per month business listing subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us at info@madharper.ltd and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes 3–10 working days to show the credit.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your business dashboard or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your listing stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.
